Roseann Rogers is the consummate sales, marketing and public relations professional with an extensive media background.
She was well-known known as “The Buzz Lady” for her many years on television and radio in the Houston market where she held anchor, reporter, host and producer roles. She launched her on-air career as an entertainment reporter in the Louisville, KY area.
Continuing to leverage her media expertise on the business side, Roseann held the positions of Marketing Director for KPRC-TV, as well as Sales and Marketing Director for KTBU-TV before transitioning to use her expertise in the corporate world.
Roseann led marketing and public relations for Finger Furniture, then strategic marketing & development for Houston Chronicle Media, where she developed strategic partnerships, guided advertising and contributed to growth for both organizations.
She pursued a personal passion, earned her real estate license and signed with John Daugherty Realtors as a referral agent and later became the director of PR and business development for the luxury real estate company. Roseann then served as the sales manager for Stewart Title’s Houston division where she generated sales and press that drives brand awareness and highlights the company’s community engagement efforts.
Today, Roseann is now returning to her roots and moving to Nashville with her husband and son. In Roseann’s new role she is handling strategic partnerships and brand marketing for iHeart Media Nashville.
Raised around the world, including Germany, Kentucky, and Oklahoma, Roseann developed a personality that makes her everybody’s friend. That trait, along with her genuine nature, make her a first-rate reporter, public relations and marketing director, executive director and sales manager.
Roseann is an enthusiastic advocate and involved community member. Her endeavors included serving as the Executive Director for K9s4COPs, where she was responsible for driving fundraising and implementing new programs. She is a founding board member of Dress for Success Houston, a sustaining member of the Junior League of Houston and currently serves on its Community Advisory Board. Roseann is also a current member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo's Barbecue and Trailblazers Committee, American Heart Association Guild, The Houston Ballet Guild and served as co-vice president of Trees of Hope.
In addition, she has chaired many fundraising galas for the American Cancer Society, Boys and Girls Harbor, Heath Museum, AIDS Foundation Houston, The Children’s Museum of Houston, Trees of Hope, Catholic Charities, the Heart Center at Texas Children’s Hospital and most recently, Kids Meals. Roseann was recognized with a Cancer Counseling Award for Media Excellence.
In her spare time, Roseann enjoys readying, traveling, going to the movies and spending time with her family—her husband Dr. Aashish Shah, son Nikhil and their two Tabby cats Max and Oliver.
