When you look at how Deborah Duncan grew up, it is no surprise that she ended up in the communication business. In December 2002, Deborah joined KHOU-TV Channel 11 as an anchor on 11 News This Morning. After six years at the news desk, she returned to the talk show format as host of Great Day Houston. Deborah Duncan is the recipient of many local and national awards for television excellence, including five Emmy Awards, two Gracie Allen Awards and a Telly Award, amongst other honors. Her achievements on the air, however, are transcended by her commitment and dedication to community service.

Nancy is the Global Sustainable Procurement Manager, ExxonMobil Global Services Company. She manages a group that addresses local content, supplier diversity, environment performance and human rights in the supply chain. Her group advises both Procurement and ExxonMobil business lines. Since joining Exxon Corporation in 1989, Nancy served as a Chemist in research and development and held various commercial roles within Procurement. Nancy earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbus State University in Georgia.

General Manager, BMW of West Houston

Maria Moncada-Alaoui is the General Manager for BMW of West Houston on the Katy Freeway. She’s been in the automotive industry for more than 20 years and held several positions, working her way up from administration to sales to management. Moncada-Alaoui has been with BMW for ten years and proudly serves as General Manager.

Erin began her career in healthcare at the Methodist Health Care System in 1998. She joined the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System in 2002, working as the Director of Business Development and then as the Executive Liaison to the President and CEO of the System, Dan Wolterman. Erin then served on the TMC Campus as the Chief Executive Officer of the Memorial Hermann Heart & Vascular Institute for six years. She planned and managed the construction of the Institute, comprised of 265,000 square feet and 147 beds. Her numerous achievements resulted in a range of prestigious honors from several leading organizations, including Thomson Reuters, the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and the American Heart Association.
